To make a long story short, I got asked to turn the story into an RPG campaign story for the annual gaming convention. I'd done it a few times in the past, and even did RPs at the annual anime convention for a couple of years. I hadn't given up doing RPs, I just had no real desire to be the one who did the story, only have a bunch of people butcher and trample all over it. Apparently there'd been a few people who enjoyed my games in the past, and had been asking if I was ever coming back since they hadn't seen me for a few years. I don't know if he was just stroking my ego, but by the end of the conversation I found myself agreeing to finishing the story enough that it'd be worthy of a role-playing tournament. Unfortunately I won't have it ready for either convention that's coming up this year (mainly because I'm only allowed to book off one of the two weekends from work and I'm already doing an RP at the second convention), so it'll be for next year. Needless to say that I'm quite honoured. I didn't know anyone cared.
The only problem I've got, is I procrastinate.
